NATURAL WINE TASTING
Porteous Studio - Edinburgh
An evening of natural wine tasting.
The night took place in a stunning location with a wine expert who took the group on a taste sensation and aromatic journey through the world of natural wines. Coloured lighting was used to create ambiance and complement the grapes with light music to fit the mood.
REGIONAL WINES WITH PAIRED CANAPÉS
An evening which carefully paired canapés with wines from 5 different regions. This evening focussed on matching complimentary tastes with chef prepared pinchos and sommelier knowledge to create the perfect taste sensation. What's more, guests were first blindfolded when brought their paired dishes to highlight the power of sense and how things can be depicted differently when your senses do and do not work together.
CONTOUR CAFE - ABERDEEN
A blindfolded wine tasting at Grain and Grind in Glasgow. We had guests wear their blindfolds before pouring each a healthy glassful asking them to smell, taste and let us know their thoughts. Colour? Aroma? Palate? Each guest shared with us their opinion before removing the blindfolds and the reveal was made.
